Out of Network Clients Welcome

Whatif you Don't accept my insurance?

If we're not in-network with your insurance, no worries—Red Lotus Counseling & Wellness can still work with you. You would simply pay for your sessions out of pocket. We are considered out-of-network providers, which means we don’t bill insurance companies directly. Instead, clients pay for their sessions at the time of service.

can i still use my insurance?

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be able to get reimbursed for a portion of your session costs. We’re happy to provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.


If you’re unsure about your out-of-network coverage, here are a few helpful questions to ask your insurance company:


  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
     
  • What percentage of my session fee will be reimbursed?
     
  • Is there an out-of-network deductible I need to meet first?
     
  • What is the process for submitting a superbill?
     

We understand insurance can be confusing, and we’re here to help you navigate it if you have questions along the way.
